We are a wellness oriented group that follows the methodology laid out by CrossFit’s founder, Greg Glassman. “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” We will teach you functional strength that will serve you for the rest of your life. We squat, we run, we push, we pull. There is a no “one size fits all” plan in fitness, thus, our coaches work one-on-one with each athlete to ensure that you’re getting the maximum benefit from your workout.
